The Story
Our best-selling coffee exists because our head roaster couldn't stop tinkering with her morning cup. She blends washed Caturra from Colombia's Nariño region for sweetness, sun-dried Catuai from Guatemala's Cobán highlands for body, and honey-processed Costa Rican lots from the Tarrazú valley for brightness. The three-origin combination creates a medium roast that's smooth enough to drink on autopilot yet complex enough to reward attention—notes of wildflower honey, roasted almond, and a citrus sparkle on the finish. Our most subscribed coffee by a wide margin.
