The Story
Sourced from family farms in Colombia's Huila department, these Castillo and Caturra beans are fully washed at origin, then shipped green to the Swiss Water facility in Vancouver, where caffeine is removed using pure water—no chemicals, no compromise. The process preserves the inherent sweetness of Colombian highland coffee: silky milk chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, and a gentle caramel finish that makes you forget it's decaf. Perfect for evening pour-overs or anyone who wants great coffee on their own schedule. Subscribers tell us it's the first decaf they've actually looked forward to.

Works great in any drip brewer
Swiss water process preserves the full flavor profile. Brew it any way you like — this decaf is indistinguishable from our regular Colombian in a blind taste test.
